Filmy Network: The visual grammar of Apex represents a bold departure from conventional commercial framing. What influenced your camera choices?

Director: We wanted an anamorphic widescreen aspect that emphasized the vast industrial landscapes. The camera never stays detached; it moves with the rhythm of our characters’ psychological pressure.

Filmy Network: How did you approach sound design during the major sequences?

Director: Sound is fifty percent of fear. We stripped away excess musical score in the tensest moments to let heavy breathing and metal creaks tell the story.
